St. Petian
Solo Exhibition at the end of my artist residency at The Morean Center for Clay. The Morean is located in my hometown of St. Petersburg, FL, which I hadn’t lived in since I was 18. This residency allowed me to reexamine this city as an adult with a new perspective and before making this exhibition, I knew I would be leaving this city at the end of the residency. This allowed me to explore the impacts of nostalgia and familiarity - how we each grow and change, but in some ways stay exactly the same.
